My washing machine broke on a weekend. Bay Master Appliance service returned my Sunday call within an hour by text and found a time the next day that worked for me. Saee arrived on time and was professional, courteous, skilled, and efficient. He immediately identified the problem and showed it to me. We discussed the solution and the cost, and it was reasonable. The fix was done cleanly-- no trace that someone had been working there. I will not hesitate to call them again. Excellent service and end-to-end experience.

A week before Thanksgiving and our stove stops working. I called the manufacturer and was told it's no longer under warranty. Of course, bc that's my kind of luck. I checked repair Co. in my area and read the reviews. Most 4 or 5 star ratings, but only had 2 or 3 reviews. But BMA services had a lot of great reviews, so I called and they showed in within a hour and 20 minutes later it was fixed. They charge a $49. fee to come out look at it, and that amount went towards the repair. Great job. Will definitely recommend to friends and will definitely call again if anything else goes wrong with any other appliances. Thank BMAS.
